The short version. This website is information only. You cannot buy anything here. We are not the company that installs or monitors your security system — we connect you to one. Any agreement you sign is with that installer, not with us.
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by JSR Support Services LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. JSR Support Services LLC is an independent marketing and call-handling company. We do not sell, install, service, or monitor security systems, and we are not ADT.
When you call us, we ask a few questions and, if service is available to you, connect you with Safe Streets USA LLC, an ADT Authorized Provider.
What this site is for
This site exists to give you basic information and a phone number to call. It does not take orders, take payment, collect applications, or create any obligation on either side. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a contract.
Pricing, quotes and agreements
We do not quote prices, rates, or terms. All pricing, equipment options, monitoring plans, contract length, and terms come from Safe Streets USA LLC and are given to you directly by them. Any agreement you enter into is between you and Safe Streets USA LLC. We are not a party to it and we cannot change it, honour it, or cancel it for you.
Installation is subject to approval, which includes a credit check run by the installer. Service is only available in some areas and only for owner-occupied single-family homes.
Phone calls
Calls to (844) 954-7070 are recorded for quality and training. You will be told this on the call. We answer Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Eastern. We do not make outbound sales calls and we do not send text messages to people who visit this site.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that the information is complete. Availability, service areas, and installer offerings change. What the installer tells you on the call is what governs.
Your use of this site
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to scrape it at scale, or to try to gain access to systems you are not authorised to use. The text, layout, and design of this site belong to JSR Support Services LLC. Any third-party name or mark mentioned belongs to its owner, and its use here does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
No warranties
This site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, JSR Support Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this site, and is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, equipment, monitoring, or agreements of Safe Streets USA LLC or any other third party. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
