In one line. We are a marketing and call-handling company. We are not a security company. When you call us, we ask a few questions and connect you with the company that actually does the work.
Who we are
JSR Support Services LLC is a limited liability company with its business address at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. We run advertising for home security and we answer the phone when homeowners call.
What we do
We do one thing. A homeowner sees our advertising and calls us. One of our agents answers, asks a short set of questions to check whether the service can be provided at that address, and then connects the caller to Safe Streets USA LLC.
That is where our part ends. Everything after the transfer is handled by Safe Streets USA LLC.
What we do not do
- We do not sell security systems.
- We do not install or service equipment.
- We do not monitor alarms.
- We do not set prices or quote them. Safe Streets USA LLC does that on the call.
- We do not call, text or email people who visit this website. The only contact is the call you choose to make to us.
Who does the work
Callers are connected with Safe Streets USA LLC, an ADT Authorized Provider. Safe Streets USA LLC provides all quotes, agreements, installation, monitoring arrangements and ongoing service. Any agreement you sign is with them, not with us.
What we are not
JSR Support Services LLC is not ADT LLC and does not represent itself as ADT. ADT is a trademark of its owner.
